The recently released concept art draws inspiration from the black-and-white images of the desert mirages in Egypt and Dubai.

The Shiba Inu metaverse project was launched in January 2021 as "an immersive experience for the Shiba ecosystem and the Metaverse universe."

The new concept painting, called "Dunes," was inspired by Egypt and Dubai's sand mounds and the Great Sand Dune National Park and Sahara Desert's architecture.

In a recent announcement, the Shiba Inu team stated that it had decided to separate from Ryoshi Vision and to centralize the SHIB burn process.

Shiba Eternity, a blockchain-based card game that has already achieved 100K downloads on the Google Play Store, was also introduced by the Shiba Inu team.

Its native coin, SHIB, just listed on the Swissborg cryptocurrency exchange despite the present market turmoil.

A former Netflix employee has also recently joined the organization to lead its efforts in the metaverse.
